Our website

We use this website to explain our services and help businesses contact us. This version of our website uses locally hosted images, logos, fonts, and scripts. We use an essential session cookie to help protect our contact form. We do not add advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or non-essential cookies.

When we contact each other

When you email or call us, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, business contact details, and the help you need. We use that information to respond, discuss services, and coordinate work. Our contact form sends the details you provide to david@thirtyonesix.ca. We use your name, business name, email, optional phone number, selected service, and message to respond and coordinate requested work. Our direct email links open your own email application.

Contact-form protection

We use a session token, a spam-trap field, and submission-rate controls to protect the form. A temporary counter may store submission timestamps under a hashed connection identifier. We do not store enquiry messages in that counter. Our website and email hosting services process the enquiry to deliver it to us.

Hosting and technical information

Our hosting provider may record technical information, including IP addresses, browser information, requested pages, and access times, in server logs. These logs help operate and protect our website. The hosting configuration controls the collection and retention of those logs.

Links and company brands

Our image-credit page contains links to external brand and photography sources. Those websites have their own privacy practices.
